Four clear entry points,

One cultural performance engine.

Ampt’s Cultural Performance Engine offers four clear entry points, shaped by the level of insight and support your organisation needs. As the depth of intelligence increases, so does the strategic value.

  1. Starter: Single Intelligence Layer (Wellbeing + Performance)

  2. Core: Cultural Health Baseline

  3. Pro +: Cultural Health Audit (Culture Performance Review Cycle)

  4. Elite +: Strategy Partner Consultation

Each level includes descriptive text about its focus, such as 'Single Intelligence Layer' at Starter and 'Full cultural intelligence' at Pro+. An arrow indicates progression from one level to the next, with a feedback loop for repeated quarterly reviews to track trends, behavioral change, and ROI.

Wellbeing Intelligence Layers.

Each layer can be a standalone starting point, to target specific priorities for your organisation, or used in the intended interplay that powers the Ampt Cultural Performance Engine.

The second panel features a person in a boat on a dark body of water with the text 'P-BAT Burnout Intelligence.' The third panel displays a starry night sky with the Milky Way over a person looking up, with the text 'EQ Emotional Intelligence.' The fourth panel depicts a person meditating at sunset on a rocky outcrop, with the text 'RAI Resilience + Adaptability.'

How Ampt’s cultural health audit works

We gather data through four quick and easy assessments called Wellbeing Intelligence Layers. The initial audit sets a baseline measurement, the Cultural Health Index (CHI). Quarterly measuring then helps you quantify the behavioural signals, ROI and cultural performance shaping your organisation over time.

Step one of the cultural performance engine is what we offer employees: We give your people a voice. Description of employee assessments, recommendations, and intelligence reports.
Step two is Intelligence for managers: managers receive team-specific intelligence reports with translated wellbeing signals into business-relevant action plans to help them lead with clarity and respond to team needs.
Step three is what the cultural performance engine provides leadership: a quarterly KPI to monitor cultural health and human capital risk, and to connect these patterns to better strategy, investment decisions, and performance outcomes.
'Cultural Health Index (CHI).' Below, a smaller white paragraph explains: 'A board ready index that turns complex people signals into a single view of cultural risk and capacity, so you can compare divisions, time key decisions and focus on the factors that most influence sustainable performance.'
