Straightforward to introduce. Built for the decisions that follow.
When the rate of change is relentless, cultural performance cannot be left to chance. Ampt gives your organisation the clarity to adapt faster, the intelligence to see what is coming, and the certainty to protect your people and stay ahead.
FROM INITIATION TO IMPACT
Getting started is straightforward.
Four clear stages take you from initial alignment to board-ready intelligence.
THE ONGOING CULTURAL PERFORMANCE RHYTHM
How raw signals become business performance.
Your baseline establishes your culture profile, pinpoints the friction costing your business, the strengths driving it, and where to act. Every subsequent cycle tracks what has shifted, strengthens your people's agency, sharpens management capability, and equips leadership with undeniable evidence for smarter governance and investment.
Common FAQs
-
Ampt is licensed organisation-wide, with pricing shaped by workforce size, operating region and review cadence. The model scales from SMEs to global organisations, with per-person economics comparable to established EAP provision.
Every licence includes role-specific access for employees, managers and leadership, with no separate dashboard or user-access fees.
-
Employees complete four focused reflections across each review cycle. Each takes minutes to complete and provides immediate personal value, while contributing essential intelligence to the organisation’s cultural performance picture.
-
No integration is necessary. Ampt operates independently of your internal networks, HR systems, and employee databases.
Before launch, we work with your team to set up any necessary customisations, establish your business areas, decide who receives which reports, and protect team confidentiality.
-
Employees receive their personal reports and expert-led recommendation plans immediately after completing each reflection.
Team Intelligence Reports and the Master Intelligence Report are available in the relevant Culture Compass dashboards within 72 hours of the reflection window closing.
-
Participants do not provide their names or email addresses. They use a self-chosen nickname and select their correct department and country so Ampt can produce relevant aggregated reporting. Individual reflection answers are not visible to managers, leadership or HR. Team and organisational reporting is protected by minimum cohort and suppression thresholds.
-
An organisation-wide Cultural Health Audit is recommended when the goal is a credible baseline and meaningful success measures. Culture does not sit neatly within one department, so an organisation-wide view provides the strongest foundation for your Culture Profile.
However, Ampt can begin with a focused pilot around a defined business priority, division or workforce population, provided the scope is large enough to protect confidentiality and produce meaningful organisational intelligence.
